Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- While the air fryer is heating, combine the melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl. Stir in the oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken thighs with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated, including under the skin.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and transfer them to the air fryer basket, skin-side up. Make sure they aren’t touching for optimal crispiness.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, checking for optimal doneness with a temperature of 165°F (74°C) inside the chicken.
- Once done, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
For the best results, serve immediately after cooking to enjoy the crispy skin. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for optimal texture.
