Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 bell peppers red and green, sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet.
