- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated evenly.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the chicken for 15 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the broccoli by lightly tossing it in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- After 15 minutes, carefully add the broccoli to the air fryer basket with the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the broccoli is tender.
- Once done, remove everything from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, garnished with lemon zest for an extra touch of brightness.
Notes
For optimal results, allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking. Leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed in salads or wraps the next day.
