- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs and pour the honey-garlic mixture over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

For optimal taste, serve immediately after cooking. If storing, reheat in the oven to maintain the crispiness of the skin.
