Deliciously Crunchy Cauliflower Crust Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower riced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice sauce, vegetables, meats, etc.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
  3. Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes to soften it.
  4. Once steamed, let it cool for a few minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture using a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round or rectangular crust.
  7. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven, add your desired toppings, and bake again for another 10-15 minutes.
  9. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
