- In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, letting any excess drip off, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on firmly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt the additional butter in a small skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Once the chicken is done, coat it generously with the garlic butter right before serving.
Notes
