These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings deliver a spicy kick paired with a satisfying crunch, making them the ideal appetizer for game day gatherings or a flavorful addition to any casual feast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter or regular butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Prepare the batter by whisking together flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, allowing any excess to drip off.
  4. Arrange the battered florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring space between each piece.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the Buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower wings in the Buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  8. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
